In this new-build estate in Schwamendingen, FarbWerk Zürich carried out the complete painting works for 21 apartments — all coordinated within an active construction site with multiple trades working simultaneously. Through close coordination with the site management and a rolling, unit-by-unit approach, each apartment was handed over on schedule. Standardised new-build preparation ensured consistent quality across all 21 units — the entire project was completed in 5 weeks.
