Contact form
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), service type, message and optionally a photo. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
Server logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records technical access data (IP address, date/time, browser, OS). This data is used for security and stability purposes only.
Web analytics
We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly analytics tool without cookies that collects no personal data and stores no IP addresses. Data is processed on EU servers.
3. Legal basis
Contact enquiries are processed on the basis of Art. 31 DSG and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). Server logs are processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security).
4. Third-party providers and international transfers
We use the following third-party providers who may receive data:
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — Hosting. Covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
- Sanity AS (Norway/USA) — CMS. Covered by SCCs.
- Resend Inc. (USA) — Email delivery. Covered by SCCs.
- Plausible Analytics (EU/EEA) — Analytics without personal data.
- OpenStreetMap Foundation (UK) — Map embed on the contact page. No personal data is transferred.
5. Retention
Contact enquiries and related communications are retained for as long as needed to process the request, and thereafter for the legally required retention periods (generally 10 years under Swiss contract law).
6. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 25 DSG)
- Request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 32 DSG)
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
