Each of the five old-build apartments had a different surface condition — from near-new to heavily worn. A uniform approach was not possible.

Five old-build apartments in Gossau (ZH) — each in a different condition. From near-new to heavily worn: a uniform approach was not possible. FarbWerk Zürich carried out individual substrate analysis for each apartment to define the preparatory work required. Depending on the condition, surfaces were filled, sanded and primed before receiving two coats of high-quality interior paint. Despite the varying starting conditions, the entire project covering approximately 350 m² was completed in just 2 weeks.
